Stoyan Tadin the CEO of GT Group is a Civil Engineer and has been involved in construction since 1973. He has worked as a director for several big companies in Canada. Stoyan Tadin has the experience to develop and maintain workflow with a combination of project managers, engineers, supervisors, technicians and superintendents and tradesmen. GT Group has built custom homes, Commercial Facilities, Plazas, Condominiums with over $2,000,000 of equipment and the resource, expertise, personnel to see projects through to the end; it can handle even the most challenging jobs.

The company has a specific path for our clients, and participation is the key to our successful building team. Before starting, we will go over the plans and do a cost analysis. Then at a design conference, they select the interior and exterior finishes. A pre-sheetrock walk-through verifies the options and any questions can be addressed. Finally a new home orientation and pre-settlement inspection before closing finishes the process.
